I know so many people are struggling with our "new normal" as studio owners. I reached out to a community of performing arts studio owners to see how they were handling it. Sarah Beth Byrum raised her hand and talks about the hard shift and pivot her 21 year old dance company made during quarantine after she was required to shut down her business.

Sarah Beth has such a positive and upbeat attitude. It was no wonder her company successfully moved to the online platform almost effortlessly. She talks about the struggles of not being near her dance family and how they are all pushing through it. As restrictions begin to lift, dance and twirling studios have to navigate the tricky waters of teaching in person.
I wish everyone a safe and healthy return to studio-life. What has been your biggest struggle in the pandemic so far?
